About the Session:
The mental team at Jeffery Hale Community Services always goes the extra mile and the long and short term results on our clients and the staff are phenomenal. With management that share the same values as their staff and that supports them personally and professionally, it’s easy to go to work with a smile on your face and pass that optimism on to clients. As a team, we take genuine care of each other and include other departments and health care professionals we work with as well through fun, play, food, relaxation opportunities…With clients, we give more time, more empathy, work with their objectives rather than our own and use their strengths as vehicles for recovery. Management, health care workers, and clients’ health are all interconnected! This fun and dynamic presentation will showcase the best practices of our team and how we go the extra mile for our clients and each other in a multitude of ways. Our successes will be exemplified by moving testimonies of everyone (health care professionals, friends, family, and clients) implicated on the road to recovery.
